To be part of our Support Worker Community, you must have or be willing to obtain the following documentation and checks:

  • Current First Aid Certificate.

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

  • Empathetic personality

  • Personal and Professional Integrity

  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability Support Services or equivalent

  • Experience working within the disability sector or experience in working with and supporting individuals deemed as having significant complexity in their lives.

  • Current NSW Drivers’ License
